Protection of Personal Data

Customer personal data is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. Personal data of customers are fully secured against misuse. By concluding a purchase contract, the buyer gives the seller consent to the processing and collection of their personal data in our database until the buyer's written expression of disagreement with this processing. The buyer has the right to access their personal data, the right to correct them, and the right to have them removed from our database, along with other legal rights concerning these data.

The personal data provided by the buyer when ordering is used exclusively for our needs and will not be provided to other entities. The only exception is external carriers, to whom customers' personal data are provided to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods.
