The measuring current transformers of low-voltage types are designed for use in low-voltage distribution equipment (with insulation voltage up to 750 V) with rated primary currents ranging from 1 to 3000 A.
The standard rated secondary current value of the transformer is 5 A, but versions with a secondary current of 1 A can also be supplied. Accuracy classes 0.5 - 0.5S - 1 - 3 are intended for measurement circuits; these transformers have a rated transformation ratio (n) of less than 5, or less than 10. According to specific customer requirements, transformers can also be supplied in higher accuracy classes (0.1 - 0.2 - 0.2S) or in 5P or 10P accuracy classes for protection circuits with higher overcurrent factors.
